Health and Safety is embedded within our organisation, in every aspect of all works we undertake.

As a business we constantly review legislation, practice and policy which is reflected by our 3 year Asbestos Licence, the longest term available and only issued to companies demonstrating exemplary standards of health and safety. We have an immaculate health and safety record which reinforces our commitment to providing a safe environment for all works undertaken.

All works are undertaken in accordance with our General Procedures, the Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR 2012), the Approved Code of Practice L143 and the Licenced Contractor Guide HSG 247. We hold various industry SSIP’s including the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), Constructionline, SafeContractor and are full members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA).

We currently operate an Integrated Management System which has been written to include the requirements of ISO9001 2015, 14001 2015 and 45001 2018. We carry out regular monitoring, auditing and review of the health and safety management system to ensure ongoing statutory compliance and continual improvement.

We work to keep our processes efficient, to programme, cost-effective and accountable to objectives and KPI’s. We have a continuous improvement culture and our goal is to bring added value to each engagement while meeting or exceeding our contractual obligation.
