Protecting Physical Environment
We identify relevant environmental impacts from our works within local communities and set objectives and targets for reducing them. We have partnered with various Councils ‘Climate Emergency Strategy’, where we identify relevant environmental impacts from our works within local communities and set objectives and targets for impacting climate change.
Prior to any works commencing, we carry out an environmental risk assessment, including discharges to air, land and water, COSHH and Health and Safety aspects of the materials used, waste management, working practices and use of resources (which includes monitoring emissions on travel).
As part of our Environmental Management System (EMS), we procure low emission vehicles and track carbon usage using data obtained via company fuel cards to track fuel consumption and mileage tracking.
Where possible all our plant and equipment is energy efficient. We endeavor to reuse and recycle wherever practicable, with a number of initiatives introduced to reduce the impact on the environment and our carbon footprint.

Supporting Community and Voluntary Organisations
We commit to community engagement, charitable donations and Local Community Programmes for our clients and communities. As a company we have previously sponsored a local rugby team and community music festival.


Supporting Local Employment
We pro-actively work within the communities in which we work to provide job opportunities in the local area, always providing the real Living Wage as standard for our workforce. We have an equality and diversity policy in place and treat all applicants as equals.
