The company was formed in 2012 by our Senior Management team, all of which have specialist experience of over 20 years within the asbestos industry, with involvement in numerous interesting and unusual projects, covering various fields and sectors, which gives our clients confidence in meeting their multi-disciplinary site requirements.

From our Head Office based near York, we have managed and delivered multiple contracts, working on commercial, public and domestic properties. Our experienced Directors and fully trained and vetted site staff, have a wealth of knowledge in various sectors carrying out asbestos removal and associated services from domestic housing projects, including insurance works and Local Authorities, NHS facilities, Universities, Colleges, Schools, Retail and Commercial buildings.

From inception, our main service was licensed asbestos abatement which remains our specialist offering. Since our initial licence application with the HSE (Statutory 1 year), we have continually achieved and maintained a full 3-year licence, the longest term available and only issued to companies demonstrating exemplary standards of health and safety.

All works are undertaken in accordance with company General Procedures, the Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR 2012), the Approved Code of Practice L143 and the Licenced Contractor Guide HSG 247. As a company, all works adhere to strict health and safety requirements, eliminating hazards and controlling risks, which is central to our internal culture. Health and Safety is embedded within our organisation, in every aspect of all works we undertake.
